We are always looking for passionate, hard-working people to take up the challenge of owning a Coffee Culture store.

If you'd like to improve your financial position and reap the rewards of owning your own business, we have opportunities for new stores in Canterbury, the wider South Island and further afield in the Waikato/ Bay of Plenty region.

There is also the possibility that we can assist you into shared ownership of one of our existing stores looking for new leadership. You’ll need to be a people person who thrives on fast-paced, high-pressure environments. Working well with young people, inspiring great service, and leading from the front are all part of what it takes.

RICCARTON - FULLTIME CAFE ASSISTANT

You'll need to be a quick learner, and have the flexibility to work on a 7-day roster that will include weekends.

THE PALMS - FULL TIME + PART TIME

We’re looking for well-presented and energetic people with a passion for great coffee and service for full time or a part time role in our friendly team.

Coffee experience isn’t necessary, but previous customer service roles are an advantage. You'll need to have the flexibility to work on a 7-day roster that will include weekends. We offer full training and the chance to develop a wide range of transferrable skills. MERIVALE - FULL-TIME EXPERIENCED CAFE SUPERVISOR

RANGIORA - ASSISTANT MANAGER

Coffee Culture Rangiora is a bustling coffee shop with a big reputation for fantastic coffee served by some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.

We are looking for an organized, energetic person with proven hospitality experience to join the team as the Assistant Manager.

You will need to show your passion for people, commitment to excellence, and the ability to lead and inspire others.

You’ll be a key player leading the team, training, ordering, and giving exceptional service to make sure we deliver an amazing guest experience from the moment the doors open. Extensive training will be provided instore and at HQ.

We are passionate about customer service, take pride in our coffee and food presentation, and strive for a positive working environment while following great systems. You will need to be a quick learner, hard-working and calm under pressure.

We are looking for someone who is flexible across the week and can primarily work days.
