Mikey Palmer, from…..(Auckland, if you say it quickly it doesn’t sound so bad) Karajoz roasters has moved South with his wife Rachael and daughter Ava to join our Coffee Culture family. He’ll take over the roasting from Glenn and as you can imagine, there’s been a fair amount of time spent making sure that the secrets of our exclusive roast are passed over in a time honoured fashion, man to man. “you put those in here, push that, grab that thing, pull that gizmo and there you go bro, it’s done”. Mikey has extensive experience in the coffee industry and we’re thrilled to have him as part of the team.
